Bagasse carbonization furnace (sugarcane bagasse carbonization furnace)—also known as bagasse charcoal making machine or a bagasse carbonization machine—realizes the goal of turning waste into a valuable resource. Using sugarcane waste as the primary raw material, the equipment employs processes such as high-temperature carbonization, flue gas treatment, desulfurization, and carbonization enrichment to convert the waste into charcoal, combustible gas, tar, and wood vinegar.

One Machine, Multiple Uses; Suitable for Various Materials!

Carbonized agricultural waste: coconut shells, coffee husks, rice husks, hazelnut shells, rice straw , peanut shells, nut shells and materials.

Forestry waste: wood chip, bamboo, sawdust, palm fiber, palm kernel shell, pine cones, log and other materials.

The material is fed into the carbonization furnace via a screw conveyor and converted into high-quality charcoal at temperatures between 400 and 600°C.

The final products of continuous carbonization machines include: biochar, wood vinegar, tar, and combustible gas. The charcoal, after further processing (using a charcoal forming machine), can be made into charcoal strips, charcoal blocks, charcoal balls, hookah charcoal, and barbecue charcoal.
