Product Introduction

Coconut shell carbonization furnace is an advanced continuous pyrolysis carbonization equipment, specifically designed to convert various biomass raw materials (such as coconut shells, wood chips, sawdust, bamboo powder, rice husks, straw, palm fiber, as well as some solid waste and urban sludge) into high-value-added products (including biochar, pyrolysis oil and combustible gas) through high-temperature pyrolysis in an oxygen-deficient or low-oxygen environment.

The final products can be widely used in: barbecue charcoal, biomass fuel charcoal, biochar fertilizer, activated carbon raw materials, industrial fuel, soil improvement, and other fields.

Working Principle

The coconut shell carbonization process can generally be simplified into the following four stages:
1. Crushing and Shredding: The raw coconut shells are shredded by a crusher and screened into 3-5cm particles to remove impurities.
2. Drying: The material is fed into a dryer to remove internal moisture, controlling the moisture content to below 15%.
3. Sealed Carbonization: The dried coconut shells are fed into a carbonization furnace and pyrolyzed at 400-600℃ in an oxygen-deficient environment, releasing combustible flue gas, which solidifies to form charcoal embryos.
4. Cooling and Discharging: The carbonized product is cooled in an oxygen-free environment, ultimately producing coconut shell charcoal. The decomposition flue gas is recovered and reused for secondary combustion to provide heat for the equipment.
