Working Principle
The biomass dryer rotates continuously while hot air flows through the drum. Wet material is fed into the rotating drum via a conveyor or screw feeder. Inside the drum, lifting plates repeatedly lift and disperse the material, ensuring full contact with the hot airflow.
As the drum rotates, moisture evaporates rapidly through efficient heat exchange. Finally, the dried material is automatically discharged from the outlet, achieving continuous and uniform drying.
