Product Introduction
Sawdust carbonization furnace is an advanced, continuous pyrolysis and carbonization system designed to convert various biomass feedstocks into high-value-added products—including biochar, pyrolysis oil, and combustible gas—through high-temperature pyrolysis.

Suitable materials: sawdust, coconut shells, coffee husks, rice husks, hazelnut shells, rice straw , peanut shells, nut shells, wood chip, bamboo, palm fiber, palm kernel shell, pine cones, log and other materials.

Biomass materials are converted into high-quality charcoal through high-temperature pyrolysis in a carbonization furnace.

The final products of continuous carbonization pyrolysis machines include: biochar, wood vinegar, tar, and combustible gas. The charcoal, after further processing (using a charcoal forming machine), can be made into charcoal strips, charcoal blocks, charcoal balls, hookah charcoal, and barbecue charcoal.

Working Principle

The sawdust carbonization furnace employs high-temperature oxygen-limited pyrolysis technology, continuously feeding biomass raw materials into the furnace for pyrolysis and carbonization in a low-oxygen environment. The combustible gases produced during the process can be recycled and reused, reducing energy consumption. After carbonization, the finished charcoal is discharged through a cooling system to prevent spontaneous combustion at high temperatures.
