Product Introduction
The sawdust carbonization furnace is an advanced continuous pyrolysis carbonization equipment specifically designed to convert various biomass raw materials, such as sawdust, wood chips, rice husks, coconut shells, bamboo powder, and palm fiber, as well as some solid waste and municipal sludge, into high-value-added products, including biochar, pyrolysis oil, and combustible gas, through high-temperature pyrolysis in an oxygen-deficient or low-oxygen environment. It is widely used in biomass energy, environmental protection, resource recycling, and industrial fuels.

Working Principle

The sawdust carbonization furnace employs high-temperature oxygen-limited pyrolysis technology, continuously feeding biomass raw materials into the furnace for pyrolysis and carbonization in a low-oxygen environment. The combustible gases produced during the process can be recycled and reused, reducing energy consumption. After carbonization, the finished charcoal is discharged through a cooling system to prevent spontaneous combustion at high temperatures.
