Product Introduction

Continuous carbonization furnaces, also known as “continuous carbonization pyrolysis machines,” “charcoal carbonization equipment,” “charcoal making machines,” or “carbonization machines,” can convert biomass raw materials into biochar, pyrolysis oil, wood vinegar, and combustible gases.

Carbonized agricultural waste: coconut shells, coffee husks, rice husks, hazelnut shells, rice straw , peanut shells, nut shells and materials.

Forestry waste: wood chip, bamboo, sawdust, palm fiber, palm kernel shell, pine cones, log and other materials.

The material is fed into the carbonization furnace via a screw conveyor and converted into high-quality charcoal at temperatures between 400 and 600°C.

The final products of continuous carbonization pyrolysis machines include: biochar, wood vinegar, tar, and combustible gas. The charcoal, after further processing (using a charcoal forming machine), can be made into charcoal strips, charcoal blocks, charcoal balls, hookah charcoal, and barbecue charcoal.
