Product Introduction
A continuous carbonization furnace is a modern piece of equipment used for the continuous high-temperature pyrolysis and carbonization of biomass materials, industrial waste, and organic matter. The equipment employs an automatic continuous feeding and discharging system, converting raw materials into charcoal materials, combustible gases, and byproducts such as wood vinegar through high-temperature pyrolysis in an oxygen-deficient or anaerobic environment.
Compared to traditional intermittent carbonization furnaces, continuous carbonization furnaces offer advantages such as high automation, high output, low energy consumption, and good environmental performance. They are widely used in the pretreatment of machine-made charcoal, biochar, and activated carbon, as well as in sludge carbonization and the resource utilization of industrial solid waste.

Carbonizable raw materials:
1. Various waste biomass: straw, rice husks, hemp stalks, sawdust, bark, bamboo shavings, bamboo powder, branches, coconut shells, walnut shells, palm shells, peanut shells, date pits, fruit peels, cow bones, coffee grounds, pine cones, etc.;
2. Various garbage and sludge: domestic waste, paper mill waste, municipal sludge, river sludge, industrial sludge, printing and dyeing sludge, etc.;
3. Upgrading of chemical-grade lignite: carbonization of materials such as activated coke, semi-coke, magnesium oxide, and sodium oxide.
Equipment Advantages
• Fully automatic PLC control, reducing labor costs and improving production efficiency.
• Combustible gas recycling, saving energy and reducing consumption.
• Supports 24-hour continuous production with stable output.
• Equipped with a flue gas purification system, meeting environmental standards.
• Suitable for various biomass and waste raw materials.
• Uniform carbonization, resulting in stable quality of finished charcoal.
• High-temperature resistant structural design, ensuring equipment durability.
Working Principle

The continuous carbonization process can generally be simplified into the following five stages:
Automatic Feeding: After crushing and drying, the raw materials are continuously fed into the carbonization furnace via a conveyor system.
Preheating and Drying: The material is preheated upon entering the furnace to evaporate moisture.
High-Temperature Carbonization: Pyrolysis occurs in an oxygen-deficient environment at 300℃–800℃, producing biochar, combustible gas, wood tar, and wood vinegar.
Gas Recovery: The generated combustible gas is purified and recycled for combustion, providing heat energy for the equipment.
Cooling and Discharging: The carbonized charcoal is automatically discharged after cooling to prevent oxidation.
