Product Introduction
Palm shell carbonization furnace is a specialized device for the continuous carbonization of palm kernel shells (PKS) in a high-temperature, oxygen-deficient environment. Through pyrolysis carbonization, palm shells can be converted into high-calorific-value biochar, biochar, or industrial fuel char.
The carbonized palm shells can be used for: biomass fuel, barbecue charcoal, activated carbon raw material for water treatment, industrial boiler fuel, metallurgical reducing agent, soil amendment biochar, and power plant fuel, etc.

Working Principle

The palm shell carbonization furnace employs high-temperature oxygen-limited pyrolysis technology, continuously feeding biomass raw materials into the furnace for pyrolysis and carbonization in a low-oxygen environment. The combustible gases produced during the process can be recycled and reused, reducing energy consumption. After carbonization, the finished charcoal is discharged through a cooling system to prevent spontaneous combustion at high temperatures.
