Charcoal Making Machine Production Line
Charcoal Making Machine Production Line, also known as “charcoal carbonization production line” “charcoal production line” “charcoal making machines” or “charcoal processing line”.

This production line can utilize various types of agricultural and forestry waste—such as sawdust, wood shavings, tree branches, crop stalks, sugarcane bagasse, coffee husks, coconut shells, straw, bamboo, and palm shells—to manufacture charcoal in a variety of diameters and shapes.
1. Raw Material Crushing and Drying Stage
Raw materials, such as coconut shells, wood, rice husks, and other biomass, are fed into the crusher to reduce their size. The crushed materials are then conveyed to a rotary dryer to remove excess moisture, preparing them for efficient carbonization.

2. Carbonization Stage
The dried material is fed into a carbonization furnace, where it undergoes high-temperature pyrolysis in an oxygen-deprived environment. During this process, volatile gases are released, and the biomass is converted into charcoal or biochar.

3. Carbonization and Briquetting Stage
Large pieces of charcoal can be pulverized and, if necessary, mixed with a binder. The material is then fed into a shaping machine and compressed to produce uniform charcoal briquettes in shapes such as spheres, blocks, or cylinders.

The final products of charcoal making machine production line include: biochar, wood vinegar, tar, and combustible gas. The charcoal, after further processing (using a charcoal forming machine), can be made into charcoal strips, charcoal blocks, charcoal balls, hookah charcoal, and barbecue charcoal.
