Continuous carbonization pyrolysis machines, also known as “continuous carbonization furnaces,” “charcoal carbonization equipment,” “charcoal making machines,” or “carbonization machines,” can convert biomass raw materials into biochar, pyrolysis oil, wood vinegar, and combustible gases.

Continuous carbonization pyrolysis machines can process: coconut shells, coffee husks, rice husks, hazelnut shells, rice straw, peanut shells, nut shells, bamboo, wood chips, sawdust, log, palm fiber, palm kernel shell and other raw materials.

Biomass materials are converted into high-quality charcoal through high-temperature pyrolysis in a carbonization furnace.

The final products of continuous carbonization pyrolysis machines include: biochar, wood vinegar, tar, and combustible gas. The charcoal, after further processing (using a charcoal forming machine), can be made into charcoal strips, charcoal blocks, charcoal balls, hookah charcoal, and barbecue charcoal.

Taking the Coconut Shell Carbonization Process as an example:

Pretreatment: Coconut shells need to be pretreated before entering the carbonization system to meet the requirements of the raw material.
Crushing: Cutting into small pieces of 10-20 mm ensures even heating.
Drying: A rotary dryer is used to reduce the moisture content to below 15%, while minimizing dust and improving flowability.
Pyrolysis: The treated coconut shells are fed into the carbonization furnace via a screw conveyor. At a temperature of 400-600℃, the coconut shells are converted into high-quality charcoal.
Cooling and Exhausting: The coconut shell charcoal is rapidly cooled to prevent reignition.
The flue gas is recycled for preheating combustion air and assisting in drying the raw materials. Byproducts such as tar are collected for industrial use.
