Biomass Carbonization Molding Solution
This biomass charcoal production solution integrates crushing, drying, carbonization, and briquetting processes into a single, highly efficient production line. It is suitable for processing various agricultural and forestry wastes into high-density charcoal briquettes for use in fuel, barbecue, industrial charcoal materials, and hookah charcoal production.

Applicable Raw Materials
This production line can process: coconut shells, palm kernel shells, sawdust, rice husks, bamboo waste, wood chips, peanut shells, corn cobs, bagasse, coffee shells, and forestry residues.
Production Process Flow
1. Crushing Equipment: Crushes large pieces of biomass raw materials into uniform particles, ensuring stable feeding and efficient carbonization.
2. Drying Equipment: The dryer reduces the moisture content to an optimal level, improving carbonization efficiency and charcoal quality.
3. Continuous Carbonization Furnace: The dried biomass enters the carbonization furnace for high-temperature, oxygen-limited pyrolysis. This process converts biomass into high-carbon charcoal while recovering combustible gases to reduce energy consumption.
4. Crushing and Grinding Equipment: The generated charcoal is finely crushed to obtain uniform charcoal powder, suitable for briquetting production.
5. Mixing Equipment: The charcoal powder is mixed with an appropriate amount of binder in the binder hopper to achieve ideal molding properties.
6. Hydraulic Briquetting Machine: The mixed material is compressed into charcoal briquettes of various shapes under high pressure.
